Vacation Bible School

Each summer, Saint Raphael Parish hosts over 50 children in the Vacation Bible School program, age 4 and older. VBS meets during the morning for one week, during which time the children learn songs and Scripture that are focused on a particular theme. This year, VBS will be held July 16-20, 2018, 9am – 12pm.

This year’s VBS program  theme is  “Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus”.

At VBS, kids learned one important Bible Point each day,  focusing on one key biblical concept. The Bible Point was reinforced daily through Bible adventures, Bible verses, songs, snacks  and hands-on activities that helped kids know more about God and his love for them.  

Volunteers are an essential part of the VBS program ~ we never know who has more fun, the adults or the kids!  We are grateful for everyone who participated in making VBS another successful year!
