Registration Form (2023-2024)

To register your child(ren) for the 2023-2024 Faith Formation year, please download, print, and complete the Religious Education registration form and submit it to the parish office at 103 Walker Street, Manchester, New Hampshire 03102, Attn: Kate.  Any questions, please contact Kate McGrath by e-mail at kate.mcgrath@st-raphael-parish.org or by phone at 603-623.2604.

Details regarding class schedules will be forthcoming.  Classes will resume at between mid-September and the beginning of October.

If your child(ren) have been baptized and will be preparing to receive the sacraments of Penance (2nd Grade) and the sacraments of Confirmation and Holy Communion (3rd Grade), a baptism information sheet
(click here) must also be completed and submitted with the registration form.  If your child was baptized at Saint Raphael Parish, please simply include the month and approximate year of baptism.  If your child was baptized at a parish other than Saint Raphael’s, an authentic baptism certificate must be mailed to 103 Walker Street, Manchester, New Hampshire, 03102, Attn: Kate from the parish in which your child was baptized.

If your child has not yet been baptized, though has reached the age of reason (8 years old), please contact Kate at kate.mcgrath@st-raphael-parish.org for more information about the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults, adapted for children.
